CCP does not ban isk farmers, they are paying monthly fees 
Do you SERIOUSLY believe that a GM or a dev (with all their clearances and tools) can't do a proper investigation just as you did here being a simple member? Give me a break. For a GM it's a case of spending like TOPS 1h on it.
Can't say I blame them though, you don't care about the money flow as long as it is legit ^_^
EDIT: I have a convo with a chinese isk farmer confirming he is actually selling isk for real life money... Petition still open(1 week+) and I'm still waiting for it to be closed ^_^
